Operation

• MYBUDDIES Online Store will operate on weekdays from Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm) only.
• Those customers who buy goods on Saturdays and Sundays, the transaction will be accepted but the goods received will be posted on Monday according to the courier operation time.

GST

• MYBUDDIES Online Store imposes GST tax of 6% that was set by the government.
• GST has been implemented and become enforceable on 1 April 2015
• Please refer to the GST Act 2014 published in the gazette on June 19, 2014.
• Please refer to GST Regulations 2014 that was issued on June 30, 2014.
• GST is under the jurisdiction of the Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (KASTAM)

Risk and Rights of the Goods

• Goods that are sold by MYBUDDIES Online Store are limited edition items that can only be found in the program organized by MYNIC Berhad.
• We will make sure the goods that have been ordered by the buyer will be exactly the same with the buyer’s requirement in order to avoid misunderstanding regarding the ordered goods.
• MYBUDDIES Online Store goods will not be transferred as long as the buyer does not make or complete the payment even if the booking was made.
• MYBUDDIES Online Store will retain the goods until the payment that has been made by the buyer.
• If the transfer of ownership of the goods have been made to the buyer and the goods has reached the buyer, MYBUDDIES Online Store is not responsible for these items if damaged because the ownership of the goods have changed hands from MYBUDDIES Online Store to the buyer.
• Item sold is not refundable.

Goods

• Prices of the goods and / or services will be imposing based on the price specified in MYBUDDIES website online store.
• Prices of goods and / or services are included with the price of the packaging of goods, delivery services, goods and services tax, value added tax or other taxes, which the buyer is liable to pay to MYBUDDIES Online Store.
• Buyer is required to provide full information that is needed to facilitate the process of shipping goods.
• If there is some mistake in the address stated, the buyer needs to notify MYNIC Online Store immediately before the delivery process is made.
• MYBUDDIES Online Store will not be responsible for the buyer's own mistakes.

Amendments of Terms and Conditions

• MYNIC reserves the right to amend, modify, or change any of the terms and conditions without the prior permission of the buyer. Any amendments, modifications and additions will be published in the MYBUDDIES.my page and or any other websites that MYNIC may announce from time to time.
